HVAC Design Verification

A large-scale project Portonovi is being developed in the village of Kumbor, on the site of former military barracks. The project will include the first European network of hotels “One & Only”, a residential complex of premium, marina for yachts, as well as the necessary infrastructure for a luxury holiday.

The estimated cost of the project will be more than half a billion euros. The project, with a total area of approximately 250,000 m2.
