Design Stage Services

Construction

Construction Stage Services

  • SHOP DRAWING: Preparing CIVIL and MEP BIM LOD 400 and Shop drawing including details risers and schedules, update the BIM objects and families as per the equipment selection and parameters, Recalculate the design parameter as per the new drawings
  • 4D SCHEDULE: Preparing the construction plan as per the project priority and stages, monitor the progress against the schedules, 4D visualization of the project through the project stages and the current project status
  • CLASH DETECTION: Prepare Naviswork files and run the clash detection through a single system and all integrated systems, resolve the clashes and prepare a free clash model, update any design changes and resolve any clashes accrue due to this changes
  • 5D COST: Prepare the cost estimation and project cash flow based on the project program, monitor the cost against the progress, cost control for the various activity and project stages
  • BIM MANAGEMENT & MONITORING: Manage the BIM Process on site and attend all the BIM meeting with the client and related parties , Monitor the project status , cost and progress through an BIM integrated system
